Comfortable beds, interconnecting twin rooms for families, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and limited but good dinner options. Clean, daily towel changes, and functioning air conditioning. Easy access to the old town via affordable Uber taxis. Nearby Lidl and Tesco express for convenience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway entrance, making it a good choice for those planning to visit the UFO observation deck.

the fact that the taxi drivers take advantage of the tourists (huge fees - 20 eur for a 7 min drive) , the water in the pool, the poor breakfast, lack of english newspapers, no slippers or bath ropes in the room

The interier

Some of staff in lobby and restaurant do not understand English enough (a.e. some times I asked for a milk to a coffee, but 3 times they provided me a cream...)

As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious and clean rooms at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process fast and convenient. The breakfast provided a great variety of options and was definitely worth it. The dinner that I ordered through room service was also delicious. The hotel even had a swimming pool and a gym, which were great amenities to have. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and felt comfortable as a solo traveler.

I felt very well during my stay and didn't encounter any issues. The staff at the hotel were always there to assist and nothing was too much trouble.

fantastic beds, slept like nowhere else

The swiming pool area was very relaxing. sauna and cold pool definatly got you ready for a new day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a bit of a trip to get into the city centre and taxi's were fairly expensive.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn in Bratislava, I was pleased with the spacious and clean room. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main bus route into the city. The staff at the reception and tourist information desk were helpful in assisting with our travel plans. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Continental and English breakfast. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had an adequote selection of foods. The bed was spacious enough. Car parking was adequote

Waiting staff in restaurant were not friendly.

the use of the pool and gym was a great bonus to a great hotel

Staff friendly, fast check-in/out, great breakfast variety, delicious room service dinner, hair dryer that actually works, good location with public transport. Warm and cosy atmosphere, good value for money, large parking. Nice pool and fitness facilities, free extra bed for child, special pancakes made. Polite and professional staff, helpful reception and restaurant service, nice view, convenient location.

All was good.

The pool and spa services was great, great view from the pool and perfect water temperature.

Hotel location is not the best one.
